The place was very cosy and the staff were friendly and adaptable. You could feel that they cared for their guests and no matter what issue we had they resolved it quickly. We enjoyed the breakfast, where we had a wide variety of (delicious) options as well as live classical music. We also enjoyed the spa, which we were expecting to find very crowded but instead always found room and a place to relax. They were also very nice when we forgot something in the room after checking out. They reassured us they found the lost item and send it via a courier to our home speedily. Thank you for your hospitality!

Breakfast: a lavish affair, with all the food you expect at a hotel breakfast and much more. Spa: quiet, reserved area with an exceptionally clean indoor pool, jacuzzis outside, hammocks, air conditioned indoor gym, three different types of saunas, showers, lockers, bathrooms, bar etc. Room: very much like a refined mountain cabin with all the amenities one would expect. Bar area: well stocked. Staff: extremely well mannered and excellent English speaking skills. A big well done to all from the front office, to the cleaners, concierge, spa people etc. A special mention goes to Dulan, the barman.

The hotel is very well located close to local attractions. The furnishing and the styling of the hotel is very classy and well maintained. Family room/studio was a good size for a family with 2 kids. The breakfast has a wide variety of meals available. Also they have eggs to order. Great variety of foods available in the restaurant menu. Good size free private parking spaces. Indoor swimming pool and spa area. Live music during dinner. Friendly and helpfull staff.

We had a fantastic stay! The Hotel is in a forest and the nature around it is fabulous. The suite is spacious and spotlessly clean. The swimmimg pool and the jacuzzi are excellent. The breakfast is truly magnificent - abundance of fresh food and fruits. We also had dinner at the restaurant - there is a Philipino section in the menu as well as traditional Romanian and Europian dishes. The service is also very nice. One suggestion that may bring more flavor is for the hotel to organize evening shows like live music, dance, and illusionism will bring all ages customers to a great spent vacation. The facility is available but currently only for rent for special occasions, open it every night, and bring people around music and dance, everyone will love it we foresure missed this during our vacation.
