Excellent hotel. Well deserving the praise it gets. The service is great. The hotel feels newly renovated. Everything is clean. Lots of hotel facilities. An amazing attached hotel restaurant. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, was very good. The spa area is excellent for adults. Outdoor jacuzzi in the evening cold is a special experience.

Excellent location, wonderful hotel - you have everything you need: close to the slopes, restaurant, spa, gym, etc. Meylin at the restaurant was great - really helpful and always smiling.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It has all the facilities one would expect from a mountain resort hotel. The spa is great, we spent a lot of time at the indoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed the lovely modern "mountain-style" decor, it really gave off a very relaxing and charming vibe. The rooms are very clean, big thanks to the cleaning staff! The breakfast is the most diverse and luxurious I'd ever seen, definitely would recommend getting it. Last but not least, all the staff is amazing and very professional! Special kudos to the barman who made the best cocktails I've ever had at a hotel bar.

Pretty much everything including all the facilities (especially the saunas and outdoor heated pools at the SPA and the great fitness studio - even if fairly small it has absolutely everything you need for high quality strength and cardio trainings), the hotel layout and indoor design, the staff, the location. After a long loyalty period of staying more than 10 times during 2 years at a similar 4 star hotel in Sinaia, Teleferic has become my new first option when returning to Brasov-Prahova area for leisure! Absolutely superb!

The sauna was amazing would ve loved a way to instantly get out in the cold after doing sauna, the breakfast is one of the best i tried and i traveled to over 40 countries. the staff of the restaurant is really nice.

Extremely clean, really nice staff, great food. Breakfast was above my expectations. A lot of ingredients, really tasty, special breakfast for kids, felt really thought through. We enjoyed it a lot. Very close to the ski slope, for the ones skiing.

It is a very good hotel, high class, exceptionally situated (a few steps from ski slopes). The staff is almost entirely asian, but very polite and helpful, even if they speak mostly english (which might actually be a plus). The restaurant is very good, the prices reasonably high, but it is expected. The rooms are very clean.

Beautiful hotel, nice smell everywhere and the staff is friendly. Jacuzzi is very nice, well heated with pretty view (even better when there are less people, maybe later in the day)
